I'm Aravind Valloor Mana, and I help software engineers transition into leadership roles smoothly without feeling overwhelmed.

I've seen brilliant engineers struggle with leadership roles. They often felt lost, confused and overburdened. Usually there is little support they get from the organization, because of which they are not able to bring out their true leadership skills. I am on a mission to help software engineers bring out their leadership skills and add value to the organisation.

To address this, while in the job, I experimented with various approaches. Through trial and error, I developed the AIM program. It's a unique blend of practical strategies and emotional support.

The results have been phenomenal. Engineers not only step into leadership with confidence but also excel in their new roles. They find balance, clarity, and a sense of purpose.

My mission is to eliminate the struggle of this transition once and for all. I want to empower every software engineer to become an effective leader without the stress.

I believe that with the right guidance, anyone can lead with confidence and make a significant impact.
